Essay on Albert Einstein

Who is Albert Einstein?

Albert Einstein was a German theoretical physicist. Einstein developed the theory of relativity and quantum mechanics. Einstein published over 150 non-scientific works and over 300 scientific works. Einstein is also used as a synonym for genius.

Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879, in the city of Ulm (ULM) in the Kingdom of Württemberg, Germany. Einstein's father, Hermann Einstein, was a salesman and engineer, and his mother, Palin Koch, was a housewife.

Einstein loved maths and science from his childhood. At the age of 12, he learned the maths book his tutor gave him within days and started learning advanced maths. Within a few days, the maths that Einstein studied was not understood by his tuition master. After graduation in 1901, he worked as an assistant examiner in a patent office in Bern, Switzerland.

After graduating in 1900, Einstein spent two years searching for a job as a teacher. After getting citizenship of Switzerland in the year 1901, he started working as Assistant Examiner Level 3 in the patent office of the Federal Office for Intellectual Property in that country with his contacts.

Patent Office:

When any new invention is made, they go to the patent office and register it in their name because their idea is likely to be copied by others.

While working in this patent office, Einstein received many patents on the transmission of electric signals and electrical and mechanical time synchronization. While working there, Einstein began to think about the nature of light and the relationship between space and time.

Einstein's work in science:

Einstein was nicknamed genius because of his work and intelligence. Among Einstein's most famous research topics are the photoelectric effect, the special theory of relativity, mass-energy equivalence, and Brownian motion. Now let us go into the explanation of each thing.

Special Relativity:

According to this theory, Einstein found the formula E = MC^2. In this formula, E stands for energy, M is for mass and C is for the speed of light. When an object travels through space at the speed of light, the time or age of the object moves slowly.

General Relativity:

According to this theory every object in space causes changes in its weights in space and time. For example, when an object has less gravity, it takes less time to travel from A to B.

If the gravity is too high it will cause a lot of changes in space and time resulting in time passing very slowly. Black holes have more gravity and their time also moves slower. This theory has helped many scientists and answered many questions related to time.

Quantum Mechanics:

Einstein contributed a lot to the development of quantum theory. Quantum theory essentially explains modern physics. This study of quantum theory deals with changes in the behavior of matter and energy at the atomic and subatomic levels.

In 1921, Einstein was awarded the Nobel Prize for his work on the photoelectric effect, theoretical physics, and quantum theory.

Einstein was injured in a part of the stomach and had to undergo surgery due to severe bleeding. Einstein said that he had no intention of living artificially without surgery. He said that he has done his best and the time has come to leave this world.

Einstein breathed his last at Princeton Hospital at the age of 76, a doctor at Princeton Hospital stole his brain without the knowledge of Einstein's family.
