  1. Write down all the work you have to do today.
  2. Prioritize all the work by number 1(most important) to 10(least important).
  3. Now pick the top three work according to priority of the work you've written
  4. Do only those tasks that are highest in priority and don't touch any other task until you've done all three high-priority tasks!

Delegation of Task

Delegating a task is a great way to manage your time and keep work flowing smoothly. It's also an important skill for any business owner, because you can't do everything yourself.

The ABC Delegating method is a good way to delegate your work:

A- Analyse and Assign

You should note down all your tasks and divide them into two categories: Do Yourself and Delegate.

B- Briefing

Explain the task to the delegator so they understand what needs to be done, and how they should approach it.

C-Communicate

Continuous communication between delegator and person who gives the task is important because if the idea are not transferred currently during delegation the result will not as expected

80/20 Rule

The Pareto principle is also known as the 80/20 rule. It was developed by Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist and social scientist. According to the Pareto principle, what are the 20% tasks you do, can give you more than 80% of the output to your goal.

The key to applying the Pareto principle is finding your most productive hours when you love to do work. Eliminating distractions will help you get more done in less time.
